Minor plumbing repairs, such as replace and repair toilets, and fixtures.
EXTERIOR
Repair and clean eavestroughs, general exterior clean-up and
repairs, cutting down and removing brush, trimming trees, gardening, weeding, minor landscaping, grass cutting and trimming.
KITCHENS
Removing and installing dishwashers, minor plumbing issues, painting cupboard doors,
installing hardware.
PAINTING
Interior painting, includes surface preparation. Exterior painting/staining of decks, fences etc., includes surface preparation.
FLOORING
Laminate, vinyl tile. Removal of existing flooring, surface preparation.
CARPENTRY
Trim work, minor repairs and projects. Drywall repair. Replace doors. Install new door
knobs, locks. Fix sticky or creaking doors.
WINDOW CLEANING
Interior and exterior cleaning.
